Honey Mustard Dill Salmon

I followed a friends advice and decided to try out her one sheet pan type of meal. Have I been hiding under a rock for the past 10 years?  Why wasn’t I making meals like this everyday!

This is a delicious recipe by Kayla from @babymangi I follow Kayla on instagram and pretty much make all her healthy family meals because they are just so darn good and healthy. Here’s a lil sneak peek of all the goodies this mama has been making in the last couple weeks!

This dinner was so quick to put together, it literally took less than 20 minutes in the oven. I paired the salmon with fresh spinach, few cherry tomatoes, asparagus, goat feta and a good splash of lemon.

The sauce that goes on top of the salmon is so yummy! I coated a beautiful piece of wild salmon in the Honey Mustard Dill sauce and was drooling over it for days after.
