This dinner was so quick to put together, it literally took less than 20 minutes in the oven. I paired the salmon with fresh spinach, few cherry tomatoes, asparagus, goat feta and a good splash of lemon.
The sauce that goes on top of the salmon is so yummy! I coated a beautiful piece of wild salmon in the Honey Mustard Dill sauce and was drooling over it for days after.
