If I’m not taking a bath, I’m always soaking my feet. There is something so relaxing about a good foot soak. I really, really dislike when my feet are rough and flaky. I can’t even go to bed without putting coco butter on them….its a weird foot thing I have. Anyway, I like to make this foot soak to get rid of flaking, rough areas and unpleasant smells.

This foot soak is a great way to prep your feet for a pedicure and the summer season. I’m sure you have all the ingredients at home.
Pour water into a small basin. Add vinegar and the salt. Stir until well combined. Squeeze the juice from two lemons into the bowl and add the zest of lemons to the water.
Place your feet into the water and relax for 15 minutes or until the water cools off. I like to soak my feet for as long as possible I pat them dry and follow up with a good foot exfoliator. Next I rinse off my feet and apply a good coat of Shea butter.
